Passenger Rights
FLYEUROPE makes every effort to operate flights according to schedule. However, delays or disruptions may occur. In such cases, passengers are entitled to rights under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004.
Flight Cancellation
If your flight is cancelled, you may choose re-routing or a refund unless the disruption is caused by extraordinary circumstances. Compensation may apply depending on notice provided before departure.
- Notice at least 14 days before departure
- Notice between 14 and 7 days with suitable re-routing
- Notice less than 7 days with acceptable alternative timing
Compensation Levels
- €250 — flights up to 1,500 km
- €400 — flights between 1,500 km and 3,500 km
- €600 — flights over 3,500 km
Flight Delays
Passengers experiencing significant delays are entitled to assistance such as meals, refreshments, accommodation where necessary, and reimbursement options in accordance with EU regulations.
Denied Boarding
If boarding is denied against your will, the airline will offer re-routing or refund and compensation as required by EU law. Volunteers may be requested before involuntary denial.

Extraordinary Circumstances
Compensation may not apply where disruptions arise from factors beyond airline control, including severe weather, security risks, or air traffic management decisions.
