Passengers with Reduced Mobility
FLYEUROPE is committed to ensuring safe, dignified and comfortable travel for passengers with reduced mobility in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006.
Requesting Assistance
Passengers requiring assistance should notify the airline or their booking partner at least 48 hours prior to departure to ensure appropriate arrangements are made.
Types of Assistance
- Assistance at check-in and boarding
- Help during embarkation and disembarkation
- Support with mobility aids
- Communication assistance where required
- Coordination with airport services
Medical Conditions
Passengers travelling with medical conditions may be required to provide medical clearance or documentation depending on the nature of their condition.
Mobility Equipment
Mobility aids such as wheelchairs or assistive devices are carried free of charge subject to operational limitations and safety procedures.
